Lent Course + Course Notes
The Lent course will happen on Zoom this year, each Monday evening session starting at 7.30pm and lasting approximately one hour. The link to each meeting will be: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84943731720 and the Meeting ID: 849 4373 1720
This year’s theme will be “The Passion Narratives and the Easter Story” – the subject matter for each week is detailed below, and the Course Notes will be added at the bottom as they are issued each week.
22nd February: The Last Supper
1st March: The Garden of Gethsemane and the Jewish Trial
8th March: Jesus before Pilate and Herod
15th March: The Crucifixion and Burial
22nd March: The empty Tomb and the Easter appearances
29th March: Resurrection faith in St Paul’s epistles
